The Koehn family started their celebration of Easter this past weekend. We had the Easter egg hunt in Roxbury. They had 700 eggs and I swear only like 10 kids. 2 of them were mine! They hunted until their little hearts could not fit any more anywhere. We had eggs in buckets, in their hoods, in pockets, in mamas and daddy's hands. Each one got $2.25 in quarters. They had so much fun. It was neat to have both of them there to participate. Then Sunday we went to church. The boys went to Sunday school and Cody and I got to actually have a sermon together. He didn't have to play in the band this Sunday. So that was a treat. We played outside all afternoon.
This week we have a four day work week and its a four day weekend for me. I have Good Friday off of course and then I took a personal day on Monday because we still have Wyatt that day. It will be a nice break. Hopefully nice outside as well. We are having Easter at our house this year. So the egg hunt will continue this Saturday as well as good food and good company.
We feel like we have not slowed down in weeks. It seems that it is going to stay that way for awhile. There are lots of things coming up! We are definitely enjoying the spring weather though as our little Hunter would live outside. I hope you all have fun plans for Easter! HAPPY SPRING EVERYONE!
