This weekend my family is getting all together to celebrate my Grandma's birthday. This is a total surprise for her! I am excited to get to spend time with her as we have not gotten a lot of chances to do that. Hunter is perfect for her. Her hearing is really bad even though she has hearing aides. When Hunter tries to talk to her, if she doesn't hear he gets louder. If she still doesn't hear he gets louder! He continues to get louder until she finally hears him! It is so cute. The only thing I miss is that she is not hearing him singing and talking randomly about things.
I hope we are making memories with both sets of Grandparents like we have of ours. I only have one Grandma left. She is very special to us and we have a lot of good memories there for christmas' and other events that we would play games. We were always going to the park which isn't very big but still fun for us.
I am glad that I am able to take my kids there and enjoy the simple pleasures that we had as kids.
