We have recently noticed that our son Hunter has started putting words together to make sentences. He has been doing this for a long time but we are actually now just understanding him! He was an early talker, the doctor says it is because I talked to him since the day we found out we were pregnant. He has always said several baby words together we just didn't know what in the world he was saying! We now understand the little man! The other day we were walking out to get the mail and he tripped and fell in the dirt ( a likely story that always happens). Well apparently some got in his eye. I could see he was rubbing them and pretty soon he looked up at me and said "Mommy, someting in my eye". I was in so much shock that I couldn't even help him. Pretty soon he said " all done".. guessing that was his all better. LOL Amazing 19 months old and he just said a sentence. Then the other day I picked him up from daycare and we were in the car. He had two tractors in his hand and I asked him. "Do you have 1 tractor or 2"? He looked at me and said " I have 2 tractors" I about ran off the road. He had been just saying 2. Papa had taught him that you tell him he can have one and he says no 2 ( fabulous timing for Halloween huh?). So this was a total shock. He amazes me all the time. Daycare has goals for each child that they work on with them. They tell me he is the one that talks all the time. His vocabulary is way past his age. He loves to read books either by himself or with someone. He is constantly telling us stories. You ask him what he did he is gonna tell you!!!
He amazes us every day!
